Active and Intelligent packaging
This regulation described under what kind of conditions the active and intelligent packaging may be used for contact with food. The regulation is expected at the end of 2008 the earliest.

Super regulation (new name PIM; plastic implementation)
This regulation will be a codification of all existing directive and regulation and some of the restriction will be also be made applicable to other food types (for example the overall migration). The name of the super regulation will be changed. Expected in the 2008/2009. Click here for the DRAFT version of the super regulation.
